To register and maintain an account on bda222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are subject to a guardianship, curatorship, or similar legal restriction, you are not permitted to use the platform.
- One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bda222. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be complete, truthful, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bda222 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
- Personal Use Only: You must be registering and using the bda222 account for your own personal entertainment. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing any third party to operate your account, is strictly forbidden.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with bda222 or any other gambling operator where such exclusion is intended to prevent you from gambling online.
Identity Verification (KYC): bda222 applies Know Your Customer procedures to all accounts. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of your registered payment method, before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bda222 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bda222 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
bda222 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit that appears unusually large or that raises concerns related to financial compliance. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use are registered in their own name. Third-party payment arrangements are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
bda222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond bda222's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of any deposit made to bda222 without first exhausting bda222's internal dispute resolution process constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. bda222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts associated with illegitimate chargebacks and to pursue recovery of any funds lost as a result.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, bda222 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback arrangements, and other incentives to both new and existing Players. All such promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Players must read individual promotion terms prior to claiming any offer.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any time. Claiming a second bonus while a prior bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to expiry if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically from the Player's account.
- Abuse & Collusion: bda222 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, systematic exploitation of promotions, collusion between accounts, or use of automated betting tools to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.
- Non-Transferable: Bonuses are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Bonuses have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and other products available on bda222 are supplied by licensed third-party Game Providers. Each game is governed by its own rules as published by the relevant Game Provider and accessible from within the game interface.
- RNG Certification: All slot, keno, and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by any Player or by bda222.
- Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a game round, bda222 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's account. - Prohibited Conduct: Players must not use software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the platform. Collusion, match-fixing, or any arrangement intended to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal referral.
- Sports Betting Rules: Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting markets are governed by the specific market rules published on the relevant betting page. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time at bda222's discretion where data integrity concerns arise.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or promotion, Players must contact bda222 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. bda222 will investigate and respond within 10 business days. The decision of bda222 is final on matters of platform operation; however, Players retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable law.
7. Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bda222 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your account — whether by you or any other person who gains access using your credentials — is your sole responsibility.
- Credential Security: You must not share your account login details with any other person. bda222 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
- Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bda222 support immediately. bda222 will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
- Device Security: It is your responsibility to ensure that any device used to access your bda222 account is protected by appropriate security measures, including up-to-date antivirus software and device-level password or biometric authentication.

9. Limitation of Liability

bda222's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bda222 provides the platform and all games on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the bda222 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of bda222 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bda222 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No other right or licence is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bda222 platform without prior written authorisation from bda222.
11. Governing Law & Severability
This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with its plain English meaning. Where any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without modification.
bda222 makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players who access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
